How to activate your account Example policies

Step 1

To view your policies online, you first need to activate your Friends Life account.

Please have the following details to hand:

  • A Friends Life policy number or scheme number
    (e.g. F12345) (This cannot be an OEIC.)
  • Your address details
  • The email address held against your plan (if applicable)
  • Your log in ID and password
    (If you have not registered already, you will be able to choose a log in ID and password.)
